PMO Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
1. Support of the project management in project planning, project organization and project implementation as well as the business management aspects
2. Support or technical management of the resource planning process for the project, clarification of personnel requirements with the project management
3. Support in the creation and maintenance of the project structure plan, work packages and associated agreements
4. Structuring and maintenance of project schedules including customer and supplier schedules, determination of the critical path, milestone trend analyses
5. Accompanying risk and change management in the project
6. Support in the creation of the cost-to-completion in cooperation with project controlling
7. Organization of internal project review meetings
8. Preparation and presentation of results reports
9. Support in the organization of working meetings between all industrial core team partners
10. Support of claim management
11. Support of all usual necessary project management activities
12. Further development of project management methods
13. Support of the project management in the definition, development, implementation and improvement of suitable project management tools
14. Presentation of new developments and improvement measures as well as implementation of the improvements
Your Qualifications
15. Completed degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
16. Experience in PMO activities or project management as well as with common project management methods
17. Experience in various projects in relevant project phases
18. Confident use of project management tools and knowledge of the personnel requirements analysis tool
19. Good Presentation skills
20. Mastery of ECSS standard
21. Good analytical skills
22. Good communication skills and a high level of willingness to cooperate
23. Well-organized way of working
24. Ability to resolve conflicts
25. Good written and spoken German and English skills
