In this position, you will optimize advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
What Youll Be Doing
* Optimize and manage digital advertising campaigns
* Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
* Work hands-on with Google Ads campaigns
* Conduct market research and performance analysis
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs
* Deliver data-driven insights based on trends and metrics
What Were Looking For
* Fluent German (C1–C2)
* English B2 or higher
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory, including solid knowledge of GNS (Google Network Settings).
* Background in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Performance Marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon

* Annual Gross Salary: €23,000
* Signing Bonus (paid in 3 stages, gross – conditions apply)
