Joining the Luxembourg SWE legal team as an SWE Complaints Lawyer involves managing complaints and live claims spanning various insurance products. Advising on and supporting litigation and complaint handling for insurance legacy cases is a key responsibility. You'll work with colleagues in the SWE legal and business teams and lawyers. Collaborator Management: You'll work with key project partners and actively build relationships that support your disputes work. Fully qualified lawyer in Germany.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
First experience in a financial/insurance environment or supporting clients in these fields.
Knowledge and understanding of processes and application of German civil procedure rules and insurance contract law.
