What will you do? Being part of the team, you will:
Contribute to the digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement of Payroll and HR processes.
Analysing existing payroll workflows to identify manual, repetitive or risk-prone tasks that can be automated or improved;
Design, adapt and optimise data processing, reporting and automation tools to meet the needs of internal teams and clients.
Work with various data sources, systems and formats such as CSV, XML, flat files, system exports and other sources from client tools.
Develop tailored reports, dashboards, automated controls and analyses based on operational needs, client tools and Payroll/HR requirements.
Contribute to the integration of internal tools, client platforms, Payroll/HR systems and digital solutions, including through APIs and structured data flows.
Helping to define and implement practical use cases for AI, GPT-based tools, copilots, chatbots or intelligent assistants in Payroll and HR processes;
Exploring AI-enabled solutions for areas such as payroll controls, anomaly detection, data reconciliation, document analysis, knowledge management and client support; Collaborate with business teams, technical stakeholders and clients to translate operational needs into practical, reliable and tailored solutions.
Supporting change management by documenting processes, preparing user guidance and helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working;
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, internal governance and regulatory requirements related to Payroll/HR processes.
This position is for you if: You have/are…
A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business IT Human Resources, Finance or a related field;
A strong command of data processing, reporting and automation tools, with the ability to adapt them to internal tools, client systems and Payroll/HR processes.
Good knowledge of data processing, reporting and automation tools, with the ability to adapt them to business and operational needs;
Experience in creating reports, dashboards, automated controls or data analyses for business users;
Good understanding of structured data formats such as CSV, XML, flat files or system exports;
Familiarity with APIs, data flows, system integrations or digital interfaces between business applications;
The ability to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies and propose practical digital solutions;
Familiarity with AI solutions, GPT technologies, chatbots, copilots or intelligent assistants, with the ability to use them where they bring real added value to Payroll/HR processes.
A good understanding of Payroll/HR processes and the challenges related to digitalisation, data quality, controls and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business needs, technical constraints, digital tools and client expectations.
A structured, curious, solution-oriented and innovation-driven mindset, with a strong interest in digital technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.
Knowledge of Luxembourg payroll legislation and HR processes would be considered a significant advantage.
Fluency in English; French and/or German would be considered assets.
