The Role
As the DACH Leader / Senior Account Executive, you’ll drive new business and lead expansion efforts across the DACH region - Germany being the largest and most mature market.
This is a true hunter role where you’ll partner with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership to identify opportunities, influence and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and lead new business sales across the DACH region
* Deliver full-cycle sales: from lead generation to close
* Influence end users and C-level stakeholders alike
* Partner with marketing and pre-sales to drive qualified pipeline
* Report on pipeline metrics, forecasts, and territory performance
* Contribute to GTM strategy and growth planning
What Does Success Look Like? Building a high-impact presence across the DACH enterprise market and championing a metrics-driven, MEDDIC-style sales culture.
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with leadership or regional ownership experience
* Background in low-code, app dev, SAP, or infrastructure solutions
* Proven track record in new business (hunter) sales
* Experience selling to German enterprise customers
* Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Fluency in German and English
* A metrics-first mindset - experience with MEDDIC or similar frameworks
