What You’ll Do
* Develop CNC Control Solutions:
Design, implement, and refine CNC control architectures to maximize performance, accuracy, and adaptability across manufacturing operations.
* Prototype New Technologies:
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to build and evaluate next-generation CNC prototypes.
* Technical Analysis & Support:
Identify, investigate, and resolve complex issues in CNC systems, ensuring robustness and operational excellence.
* Drive R&D Innovation:
Play an active role in research projects aimed at enhancing automation, software integration, and the overall CNC ecosystem.
* Document & Standardize:
Create clear, thorough documentation for control system designs and processes while ensuring industry compliance.
* Knowledge Transfer:
Support teams and end-users by providing technical training and best practice guidance for CNC usage and features.
What You Bring
* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Practical experience with CNC systems, including configuration, code development, and optimization.
* Proficiency with G-code, M-code, PLCs, and CAD/CAM platforms.
* Hands-on familiarity with control systems from manufacturers like FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Beckhoff .
* Knowledge of control theory, signal processing, and systems integration .
* Excellent analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
* Additional experience with smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IoT platforms, or simulation and modal analysis would be advantageous.
