Position
Stayntouch is seeking a high‑performing Regional Director of Sales: DACH to drive growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a strategic, customer‑facing role responsible for expanding our presence in one of our most important regions, building strong relationships with key hospitality stakeholders, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)
Partner with the Head of EU Sales to define and execute the DACH regional sales strategy
Build, manage, and continuously develop a high‑quality sales pipeline across the territory
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with hotel groups, management companies, consultants, vendors and independent hotel properties
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract signature
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, pipeline growth, and activity metrics
Develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to win competitive deals
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and account plans within the CRM system (Salesforce)
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Stayntouch
Represent Stayntouch at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, technical pre‑sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Experience & Background
10+ years of experience in hospitality technology
Proven track record of selling Property Management Systems (PMS) or related hotel technology solutions
Strong network of decision‑makers within the DACH hospitality market (hotel groups, operators, ownership groups, consultants, vendors)
Demonstrated success in closing complex, enterprise‑level deals
Experience managing long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes
Skills & Competencies
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Results‑driven with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a commercial mindset
Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management capabilities
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales tools
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally
Curious and consultative with a genuine drive to understand customer needs and deliver value
Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required
