* Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the IT infrastructure department (data centers/server/storage/LAN/WAN/security)
* Responsibility for the smooth operation and security of IT systems, including the planning, evaluation and implementation of new IT systems
* Automation in the IT environment
* Maintenance, operation and monitoring of the transferred responsibilities/services, especially Active Directory (AD), File Services (DFS), Datacenter Operations & Database Services (NUTANIX/NDB)
* Developing standards and ensuring the standard-compliant operation of the transferred responsibilities/services
* Project work in a local and international environment
Your profile
* Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable IT training with professional experience
* Several years of professional experience and ideally initial management experience
* Strategic and structured way of working
* High level of communication skills and assertiveness
* Initiative, ability to work in a team and resilience
* Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel
