Your Responsibilities Provide legal support for national and international EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and plant‑engineering projects Draft, review, and negotiate engineering, construction, and maintenance agreements Manage and track warranty claims, variations, and change orders Handle corporate housekeeping and general corporate governance topics Support commercial contracts, including raw‑material/product supply agreements, licensing, and cooperation agreements Interpret and prepare guidance on ESG‑related regulatory requirements, including CO₂ footprint and sector‑specific regulations Develop contractual standards, templates, and playbooks to support project teams Your Profile Full legal qualification with two state exams completed. 2 years of relevant experience in an in‑house legal department or a law firm. Experience working with EPC, plant construction, engineering, or industrial project contracts. The ability to translate technical and commercial concepts into clear legal language. A solution‑oriented mindset with strong structuring, drafting, and communication skills.
