Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage offers for HVDC transmission projects, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success, leveraging technical expertise to overcome complex global energy challenges.
* Guide cross-functional teams through intricate technical and commercial landscapes, fostering collaboration and efficient outcomes.
* Negotiate and contract with suppliers, partners, and customers, adeptly handling change requests and claims.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by closely aligning expectations with compelling offers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field is essential. Proven project management experience, accompanied by recognised certifications (e.g., PMI, IPMA), is highly valued.
You should possess:
* Strong technical knowledge in converter technology, high-voltage systems, and control & protection; HVDC experience is advantageous.
* A structured and communicative personality, with a strong drive for win-win outcomes and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Intercultural experience and a willingness to travel (approximately 20%); fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, while German language skills are an added benefit.
