Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to diversify and strengthen the client base, utilizing networking skills and innovative ideas.
* Establish and expand relationships with clients, enhancing contact points and driving sales performance through technology.
* Represent a sales culture, collaborating with colleagues to achieve marketing goals and host client events that drive revenue growth.
* Foster effective communication with clients through local visits and regular updates.
Requirements:
* A strong background in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record in client acquisition and business development.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Danish; German and other Nordic languages an asset.
* Sound knowledge of MS-Office applications and openness to new media and systems.
* A deep understanding of financial markets and client expectations is essential.
* Experience in tax matters and background in legal and insurance structures is highly valued.
