Join SRAM’s dynamic Product Development team and help shape the future of cycling! As a Test Engineer, you'll build, test, and validate cutting-edge mechanical and electronic components that push the boundaries of performance.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute test plans, methods, and procedures for next-generation SRAM products
2. Collaborate closely with engineers to create and optimize automated testing systems for advanced mechatronic devices
3. Analyze product behavior and test data to inform and accelerate development
4. Apply statistical and reliability principles to ensure robust testing
5. Support the creation and release of detailed test procedures
6. Continuously improve processes, systems, and testing tools
7. Take on additional tasks as needed in a fast-paced R&D environment
Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent
9. 2+ years in testing or product development
10. Proficiency in English; German skills a plus
11. Practical experience in test execution and issue tracking (preferred)
12. Familiarity with mechatronic systems and sensor technologies
13. Python development experience (scripts, modules, applications – desirable)
14. Exposure to 3D modeling and failure analysis tools (a bonus!)
15. Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally
