AmanaNet is an Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity training provider. Offering relevant
and timely content delivery to customers around the world with their choice of convenient in class,
or virtual delivery methods and formats to fit their schedule. We also provide Training for the Army
in Europe and Africa Information Technology Training (AEA-ITT) Program.
The candidate will manage the Wiesbaden and Vilseck site which provide IT and cybersecurity
training and delivery of all IT training program deliverables. The Training/Site Coordinators' success
is measured by the primary criteria of:
• Overall client / program satisfaction
• Attainment of goals set by the PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training sessions for customers on various IT systems, platforms and software.
• Assess the IT training needs of customers and create customized training plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with training proponents and PM to ensure training materials are up to date.
• Manage class rosters and coordinate with customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate training statistics and follow-up with customers as required.
• Provide ongoing support to customers as their training requirements change.
• Stay current with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with PWS, and Program policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs and functions.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or
ability required.
Must exhibit a thorough knowledge of training products (courses), available training delivery
modalities (Classroom, Virtual, Self-Paced, and On-Site) and training services.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
• College Degree required.
• Must live or be willing to move to the applied for Training/Site Coordinator location or travel
to the location as/when required.
• Three to five year geographical stability recommended.
• Required to have a completed National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACi) or equivalent
National Screening Program (LNSP).
• English language proficiency required.
