Your tasks
* Active collaboration in IT service for end devices, access and local infrastructures
* System support for assigned systems (e.g. ticket system, IP telephony, printer fleet)
* Project management for assigned projects
* 1st and 2nd level support
* Procurement, inventory, installation and maintenance of hardware and software
Your profile
* Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
* At least 1 year of professional experience in the IT sector
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Service mentality and customer orientation
* Independent and careful way of working
* German language skills of at least B2 level required
