DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a sharp, fast-learning Junior Full-Stack Engineer with 1–2 years of experience and a strong academic or project background. You’ll work across the stack implementing features, improving performance, and learning from senior engineers, while bringing curiosity, technical rigor, and a builder’s mindset to every challenge. You’ll be part of an ultra-smart tech team where every line of code matters, and every idea can shape the product.
OUR MISSION
Manex AI is developing an LLM-native data platform for agentic production control. YOUR ROLE
* Oversee end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of web applications
* Take ownership of DevOps practices, containerization, and MLOps to optimize performance

WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
* MSc from a top-tier computer science or software engineering program
* 0 to 2 years professional experience or internships in software engineering or a related field
* You’ve built projects on your own, not afraid to get hands-on
* Strong analytical and communication skills, you can explain tech to non-tech
* Curiosity for manufacturing and how factories actually run
* Previous active involvement in technical or student innovation communities/ competitions is a strong plus
* Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
* Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
