For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT GmbH, we are seeking a candidate for the Infrastructure Services division, specifically for the Competence Center (KC) Document Center Control, Outbound Control Team at the Düsseldorf location, to start as soon as possible in pay grade 9a TV EntgO-DRV: Administrator (f/m/d) The Outbound Control Team is responsible for receiving, processing, and forwarding documents for various outbound channels in the areas of mail printing, central printing, and archiving. Various inbound and outbound channels are handled in this process. The path of the documents from the input format to the required output format involves, in some cases, complex processes in which the preparation, conversion, monitoring, and control of the data are largely fully automated. As an Administrator (m/f/d), you will support us in the following areas, among others: Executing and monitoring workflows by operating job control systems and performing execution checks. Preparing statements for daily monitoring, preparing invoices for external customers, and creating invoices for individual print jobs Maintaining the CMDB according to the system administrator’s specifications/requirements. Coordinating with customers regarding job processes Your Qualifications: You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or hold a comparable degree. In addition, we are looking for: Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Knowledge and experience in the preparation of mass documents. Experience collaborating in project and work groups and interacting with customers.
