A highly regarded hospital in the greater Münster area is seeking to hire immediately a Senior Specialist (m/w/d) in Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery. Your Responsibilities:
* Taking medical responsibility for your designated area of practice.
* Independently conducting surgeries, patient rounds, and consultations.
* Participating in on-call and emergency duty rotations.
* Engaging in comprehensive communication with patients and their families.
* Actively contributing to the education and mentorship of assistant physicians.
* Bringing your expertise to a collegial team environment characterized by strong teamwork and mutual support.
* Playing a role in the organizational and economic development of your department.
Your Profile:
* Completed or nearly completed specialist training in orthopedics and trauma surgery or neurosurgery.
* Ideally, expertise in a subspecialty area and proficiency in operative techniques.
* Interest in both operative and conservative treatment methods, including extensive BG consultations and infiltrations.
* Commitment to a long-term, success-oriented career in a modern hospital setting with growing potential.
* Reliable, performance-driven work ethic combined with passion for your medical practice.
* Natural aptitude for interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication.
