We are currently seeking a Founder’s Associate (m/f/d), who will join us on our mission to tranform the frozen food industry by building the first premium frozen food brand – let’s get started!
We are now looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder team and all stakeholders on operational and strategic projects. Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and long-term high-impact projects
Spearhead special projects and your own strategic initiatives, such as developing the expansion strategy and identifying new ventures, sales channels or markets – always hands-on and fully responsible
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making
Collaborate with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Support hiring, onboarding and development processes
Work and support on investor relations and during fundraising processes (Series A)
Both, a strategic thinker and a hands-on mentality
~ Fluent in German and English
~ Experience in the food industry is a plus
~+2 years of experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup
