IT Professional - User/Device Management
We are seeking an IT professional to join our team, responsible for user/device management. This role involves processing IT tickets, handling first-level hotline support, and lifecycle management of IT systems.
The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of standard Office products, Windows operating systems, and IT systems. Experience with merchandise management systems and order/stock management is desirable.
A service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and a careful working style are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process IT tickets and handle first-level hotline support
* Manage recurring faults and inquiries using standardized procedures
* Lifecycle management of IT systems
* Provide employees and workstations with necessary IT equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed training as an IT specialist or relevant professional field, or demonstrated expertise
* Solid knowledge of standard Office products, Windows operating systems, and IT systems
* Experience with merchandise management systems and order/stock management is desirable
* Service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
