SALES ASSISTANT - NEW OPENING
METZINGEN OUTLET - UP TO €38K
ABOUT:
* Luxury house
* Elegance, uniqueness and craftsmanship
* Heritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniques
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
* Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
* Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
* Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 4/5 year's experience in a luxury fashion industry
* Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
* Fluent in German and English languages, knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a strong advantage
