Business Development Opportunity
* This role requires you to study key laboratory indicators, including services, production capacity, patients/partners, and employees to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
* Conduct market studies to understand the competitive landscape and assess its attractiveness, taking into account factors such as market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
* Prospect for new partners and approach them using developed resources, fostering relationships that drive business expansion and revenue growth.
* Discuss development opportunities with potential partners and establish strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
* Promote laboratory digital tools and services to partners, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
* Contribute to the development of monitoring and performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Participate in restructuring, renovation, or development projects within the laboratory, bringing expertise and creativity to complex challenges.
Requirements:
* A master's degree in Management or Audit, Business School degree with a specialization in Commercial Management, or Business Development.
* Proficiency in French and English; German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
* Minimum three years of experience in a company, preferably in a business development or related role.
* First-hand experience in the healthcare sector, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
* Pedagogical approach, creative teaching methods, and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
