As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a Sales Director to lead and expand their commercial presence across Germany.
This is a pivotal role for a strategic and hands-on sales leader with 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales within nutraceuticals, supplements, or consumer health. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a regional sales team through a period of integration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement national sales strategies aligned with group growth objectives
* Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team across the German market
* Strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
* Identify new market opportunities and support cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
* Report directly to group-level leadership and contribute to wider European sales planning
Ideal Candidate:
* 5–10 years of sales leadership experience in nutritional supplements and health products
* Strong understanding of the German market and customer base
* Proven ability to lead through transition, integration, or change
* Fluent in German and English
