Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
* Promote and sell Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems across Europe
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on UPS system configuration and future growth plans
* Monitor competitors and industry trends for market developments and emerging technologies
* Generate monthly sales reports to management
Requirements:
* 10 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure or similar sectors
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to explain complex solutions to stakeholders
* Results-driven approach to identifying client needs with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel in Europe and globally
