The European Shared Services Retail Collections in Berlin is responsible for accounts in Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Benelux, and the UK. The Retail Collections department focuses on loss mitigation by negotiating payment arrangements with customers. If payment arrangements are not feasible, the department takes actions to reduce potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility.
We are currently seeking a working student to join our Italian Collections Retail team in Berlin.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling mailboxes
2. Assisting Team leader and PuK on reporting
3. Other administrative tasks related to collections activities
4. Updating data in the IT-systems

Qualifikationen
5. Studies in the field of Business Management/Economy or International Finance or comparable studies
6. Experience in administrative task management
7. Experience in working in a call center environment will be a plus but not necessary
8. Italian proficiency at a native speaker level and advanced English language skills
9. Strong communication skills
10. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power Bi skills will be a plus
11. Good teamworking abilities, reliability, and a self-reliant way of working
