How your role will look like: Support the design and drive implementation of comprehensive compensation frameworks and processes for the organisation, covering job architecture, salary structures and incentive plans including equity Conduct and analyse wage surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation. Contribute to the development and review of policies related to compensation and benefits. Manage standardised compensation processes across the organisation, particularly during annual salary and variable pay cycles. Administration of Long-term Incentives Prepare analytics, reports, and presentations for salary and benefits decisions What you need to succeed: Solid knowledge (3-5 years) of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulations, including familiarity with a range of topics such as grading/levelling, base pay, incentives (STI and LTI), salary benchmarking, stock purchase programs Proven track record in building total rewards programs Technical proficiency in the use of compensation and benefits software and tools; ability to analyze and manipulate data using spreadsheets, databases, and other software tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations clearly Ideally: experience with works council Ideally: experience with Sales Incentives We aim to further enhance the diversity of our company and support the professional development of people with disabilities.
