Stellenbeschreibung
* Attend Section Hand Over (SHO) meetings for incoming aircraft and update the folio in ACPNG
* Check the conformity of work orders according to generic and specific reference documents and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
* Schedule and steer work orders in line with priority plans, aircraft access, availability, and customer lead time requirements
* Coordinate with all relevant parties (e.g. preparation, coordination, manufacturing engineering, logistics, DAHER departments) to ensure timely delivery of information, engineering solutions, parts, tools, and aircraft access
* Follow-up of all open points for the assigned aircraft daily and update the status in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD, etc.
* Ensure timely closure of all points to meet the green targets defined by the customer and internal EOW (end of work) goals
* Report on the progress of open points to customers, customer interface, and FAL (via email, daily meetings, direct communication, etc.)
* Prepare and present the aircraft handover presentation

Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in the field of in the technical coordination of aircraft, particularly with regard to storage and de-storage procedures
* Experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management
* Airbus experience would be a strong advantage
* Fluent in English
* German, French or Spanish would be an advantage
