Location: ERL S SP 11Mode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed TermA Snapshot of Your Day The role supports the team responsible for defining and improving engineering workflows within Grid Technologies Solutions. Key tasks include maintaining process documentation and assisting with data handling and administrative activities to keep optimization efforts running smoothly.The ideal candidate is a student in data science, engineering, business informatics, or a related field, with strong organizational skills, solid MS Office proficiency, and a proactive mindset.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of engineering process documentation, including workflows, guidelines, and SOPs
2. Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for process rollouts and updates
3. Maintain and organize the internal knowledge base for all engineering process documents
4. Contribute to process visualization using tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar mapping software
5. Support data collection, consolidation, and basic reporting, including simple dashboards for the Engineering Process team
6. Provide general administrative and communication support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas/minutes, and managing shared platforms (, SharePoint, Teams)
What You Bring
7. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field
8. Entry-level student role – no prior professional experience required
9. Skills in process mapping and technical documentation, including working with tools like Microsoft Visio
10. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
11. Ability to collect, structure, and interpret data to support engineering-related tasks
12. Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and teamwork
