Your tasks
1. Together with the HR recruiter, you will represent the HR department and, as a team, ensure comprehensive support for all HR matters. A shared understanding of all HR processes is important to us.
2. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers in administrative HR matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
3. You maintain personnel master data, manage personnel files and manage working hours and absences.
4. You create and edit employment documents such as contracts, amendments, certificates and attestations.
5. You will work closely with internal interfaces – especially with payroll and the works council – and ensure smooth operations.
6. You organize entries and exits and support the administrative processes in onboarding.
7. You will actively participate in HR projects, for example in the further development of internal processes.

8. You have completed commercial training with further training in human resources management or a degree with a focus on HR.
9. You have several years of professional experience in human resources administration, ideally in a medium-sized company environment.
10. You have in-depth knowledge of employment law and can confidently apply this knowledge in your daily business.
11. Using MS Office – especially Word and Excel – is part of your everyday life.
12. You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner with high quality standards.
13. A high degree of responsibility, discretion, and empathy in dealing with sensitive personnel issues completes your profile.
14. We require very good written and spoken German skills, knowledge of English is an advantage
