Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Manager.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Coordinate calendars for senior management team
o Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings
o Taking meeting minutes as needed
o Assist with travel bookings, expense management and internal event coordination
* Administrative Support:
o General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, document formatting
o Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment
o Support office supply inventory and ordering
o Handle incoming/outgoing courier and postal services
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance or office management
o Fluency in English and French
o Strong project management and organizational skills with good knowledge of business administration
o Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity
o Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and collaboration tools
o Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Organizing and Prioritizing
o Attention to detail, effective communication, flexibility, and agility
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
o Preparation and presentation skills for letters, presentations, and reports
o Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
This is an exciting opportunity to start ASAP on an initial 3-month contract + extensions.
