📌 The Role
As an SAP RE-FX Consultant, you’ll play a key part in delivering SAP real estate solutions that drive real business value. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on projects that make a lasting impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supporting full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementations and optimizations
* Configuring lease contracts, billing, valuation rules, and real estate master data
* Ensuring compliance with IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting standards
* Integrating RE-FX with other modules such as FI, CO, FI-AA, and PM
* Conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, and documenting processes
* Training end-users and providing go-live and post-go-live support
🎯 What You Bring
* 3+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX
* Strong understanding of lease accounting and real estate processes
* Solid configuration and integration skills
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German (C1+); English is a bonus
🛠️ Nice-to-Have Skills
* SAP Fiori, ABAP debugging, Adobe Forms
* Experience with BW/BI and data migration
* Familiarity with GIS or document management integration
