MBA or advanced degree (e.g. MS, Pharm D) preferred10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry or equivalent experienceStrategic and Operational Marketing Experience requiredLocal country experience in a key market required (e.g., Customer facing roles, Operational Marketing)Prior above country experience preferable (e.g., Regional Operations, Global Marketing)Internationally-oriented: cultural awareness and sensitivity gained through working and living abroad is a plus.Experience in Immunology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Neurology or Endocrinology is a plusExperience working with partners is a plusExperience in leading in a matrix is requiredProven ability to prioritize resource and deliver key activities in a highly competitive environment, including pragmatic, agile, flexible mindsetProven ability to quickly adapt to fast changing environmentsProven ability to take accountability for a project or product, set the ambition and energize others to deliver against the objectives.Strong communication skills including proven ability to work and communicate with senior executivesStrong interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and with country organizations, to align interests of multiple partiesYou’ll ReceiveSandoz has an employee-first approach and that’s why your personal growth is so important to us.
