(Senior) Labour Lawyer
Location: Frankfurt or Hamburg
Our client is seeking a (Senior) Labour Lawyer who will act as a key liaison for labour relations. In this role you will advise on labour law matters and work closely with employee representatives. The role involves strategic labour relations management, policy development, and support for organisational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of labour relations strategies across various locations.
* Provide legal guidance on labour law matters, including employee representation rights.
* Create, review, and update labour policies, regulations, and standards.
* Track and evaluate changes in national and EU labour laws, identifying potential impacts on the organization.
* Advise on organizational transitions, including mergers and restructurings.
* Contribute to labour relations projects at both national and international levels, helping to establish a global labour relations network.
* Design and conduct labour law training sessions for employees and leadership.
* Act as a representative in external industry associations and working groups.
Requirements:
* Law degree with strong knowledge of individual and collective labour law.
* Relevant experience in labour relations within a corporate HR department or a law firm specialising in employment law.
* Fluency in German and English .
* Willingness to travel.
