As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Marketing CRM team, you will be an important part of the team, supporting us in day-to-day operations as well as in the execution of our CRM campaigns across the entire customer journey.
Your tasks
* You support our CRM team in managing web push, app push, and email marketing campaigns – from content research and copywriting to campaign setup and performance monitoring.
* You work closely with our design team and assist in coordinating visual assets for individual campaigns.
* You conduct internal campaign quality checks by proofreading content and testing app push notifications, web push notifications, emails, and automations to ensure high standards.
* You support competitor and market analyses and prepare relevant insights for the team.
Your profile
* You are currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Media or Communication Studies, German Studies, or a comparable field.
* You are interested in the tourism industry and passionate about travel-related topics.
* You think in a customer-centric way and have a basic understanding of the customer journey and target group-oriented communication.
* Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in journalism, PR, advertising, or marketing.
* You have ideally gained first experience working with project management tools.
* You are creative, have a strong feel for language, and possess excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
* You work carefully, in a structured and reliable manner.
* You are a team player, resilient, and proactively support your team wherever help is needed.
