Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment—driving timely collections, building strong customer relationships, resolving issues end‑to‑end, and actively contributing to process improvements that directly impact cash flow and business performance.
How you create impact
* Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate collection of all outstanding invoices
* Proactively engage with customers by phone and email to follow up on overdue balances and secure commitments for payment
* Regularly review aging reports, identify high‑risk or delinquent accounts, and initiate appropriate follow‑up actionsInvestigate billing discrepancies, resolve disputes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions
* Maintain comprehensive and well‑organized records of all collection activities within internal systems
* Prepare scheduled reports on collection performance, overdue trends, and cash flow forecasts for management review
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to enhance end‑to‑end processes and improve overall collection efficiency
* Contribute to process optimization by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting implementation of best practices
What we would like you to bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookup functions) considered a significant advantage
* Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar platforms) is a plus
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in any additional language is considered an advantage
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑facing skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships
* High level of personal accountability, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
