Your tasks
* Develop and implement the graphical user interface (GUI) for our oscilloscopes, including the design and implementation of controls and dependencies for measurement parameters.
* Responsibility for usability and user experience.
* Define work packages, and provide time and cost estimates.
* Perform software tests (unit test and simulation) including error analysis.
* Contribute to the development of the base system and test frameworks using C++.
* Collaboration on product expansion and product maintenance.
Your qualifications
* Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
* Proven expertise in object-oriented software development with C++ (>= C++17).
* Proven expertise in UI/UX design and modern priciples. Experience with a common GUI framework, ideally Qt / QtQuick (>= Qt6).
* Practical experience with software testing methodologies (e.g. with python, squish, ...).
* Good knowledge of tools for continuous integration (e.g. gitlab) and software version control (git).
* Practical experience developing and debugging software on both, Windows and Linux environments.
* Structured, independent working style combined with a team-oriented approach.
* Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
