Full-Time Customer Service Specialist for B2B and Product Labeling
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service specialist to join our team in the area of B2B and product labeling.
Responsibilities
* Creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date product labels
* Effective communication with business customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
* Analysis of production plans to identify areas for improvement
* Development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
* Completed technical or commercial training with relevant work experience
* Experience in a chemical-pharmaceutical field and/or understanding of this sector is an advantage
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required
* Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
* Structured and independent working style, good teamwork and excellent customer orientation
