Responsibilities: Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Manage the interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the organization’s hiring needs. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting on recruitment activities and metrics. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical roles within the business. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process. Performance Management & Development: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments. Identify skills gaps and work with managers to create training and development programs that support both individual and organizational growth. Support the integration of new employees into the organization by developing onboarding processes. Data-Driven HR Management: Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR and recruitment efforts. Generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring progress, engagement) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
