Through effective risk mitigation and proactive financial decision-making, we empower our global operations to thrive in a dynamic business environment. As the Senior Analyst Capital Advisory, you will be part of an international team, play a pivotal role in overseeing critical activities within the department. You will be part of a team responsible for modelling the financing structure (incl. discussions and building the relationship with rating agencies), reporting (internal, external, and regulatory), structuring cash pooling and internal financing, and executing Global Treasury projects. The incumbent will build and develop strong, productive relationships with all key internal (e.g., CFO community, FP&A, accounting, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., rating agencies, banks, IT service provider, etc.). Your Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Treasury activities, such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and AWV reporting. Provide support for treasury-related audits and regulatory examinations. Preparation of external, internal, and regulatory reports for executive management and the Board of Directors. Assist in preparing the rating model and discussions with the rating agencies. Analyze cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks. Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align treasury strategies with corporate financial objectives. Assist in managing treasury project, drive technology enhancements and workflow improvements within the treasury function. Assist in preparing the rating model and discussions with the rating agencies. Your Qualifications: This role typically requires a master’s degree in business and first relevant experience in a treasury department with a focus on regulatory reporting. First experience in project management. Proficiency in financial modelling. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally initial experience with PowerBi or similar IT tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams and external partners. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
