We are seeking an experienced Real Estate expert to join our team and help us achieve our strategic objectives. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will be responsible for implementing our Real Estate strategy across the group.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Real Estate portfolios and leading cross-functional teams. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the European Real Estate market.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Implementing our Real Estate strategy across the group
* Managing proactively the Real Estate portfolio
* Preparing and implementing RE roadmaps with each business unit
* Leading group real estate projects with cross-functional and international teams
You will also be responsible for providing expert guidance and consultancy to various RE projects in all project phases, including lead negotiation and management of lease purchase and sale contracts for real estate.
