Your mission As Head of Marketing / Growth at mama health, you'll take one of the hardest challenges of your lifetime - driving the growth on a company that will redesign healthcare as we know it. You will take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution – acquiring patients across 10 therapeutic areas across Europe and North America and building a presence in the B2B Life Sciences industry. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how millions of people experience our brand and our mission to improve chronic care worldwide. Your profile You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and the ability to drive substantial company growth. You bring a proven track record in performance marketing and organic growth across digital channels – ideally in a startup or scale-up environment. You know how to set clear priorities, move fast without losing quality, and adapt your strategy based on data. You’re excited about building something meaningful, and you care deeply about impact, storytelling, and connecting with real people. Key qualifications: 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role in the start-up world, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy and execution Demonstrated success in building and scaling both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives Deep understanding of digital channels, performance marketing, and lead generation Strong brand instincts and ability to craft compelling messaging across touchpoints Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and optimizing based on results Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills with a creative, audience-centric mindset Full fluency in English; German or another European language is a plus Why us?
