Key Responsibilities: Checking devices and entering data for cost estimates Repairing equipment and accessories, including updating hardware and firmware to the current series version Testing devices for functionality and compliance with specifications Preparing repaired devices and spare parts for shipment Communicating with customers in case of unclear complaints Reporting missing accessories or unclear issues to the Production Manager, Technical Support, or Order Processing Department Maintaining OEM customer complaint databases and creating related error reports Entering error causes in the evaluation list and reporting serial issues to production management when detected Contributing suggestions for improvement to enhance product or process quality What You Bring: Completed training in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field Experience in precision engineering, troubleshooting, and repairs Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working Flexible, resilient, and quick to grasp new information Reliable team player with strong communication skills Good command of German (spoken and written) and solid English skills Location: Based in Germany, Königstein im Taunus Our offer: Datacolor is committed to rewarding your dedication with an attractive compensation package, complemented by a commission structure.
