Job DescriptionBUSINESS ANALYST COO STRATEGIC EXECTUTION TEAM\ N \nThe team\ N \nTheCOO Strategic Execution Team is dedicated to delivering change projects across the COO organisation. Most projects involve material transformation of the operating model across multiple locations, whether implementing new technology, improving processes or changing the organisation design.\ N \nThe role\ N \nThe key responsibilities of the role include:\ NSupport the confirmation / build out of the Operating Model following a Top Down Approach\ N\n \n Level 1: high level view of the processes and gap analysis\ N Level 2: Create a summary diagram for each process highlighting which teams are involved, and which manual activities are performed\ N Level 3 Swim lane process flows for high priority manual processes and high volume exceptions\ N Level 4: Create detailed procedural documents for all key business processes\ N \n\nWork closely with the Operational Readiness team to ensure the Operating Model is understood across all NT locations\ NBusiness analysis and gathering and documenting requirements\ NAs subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level\ NRisk and issue identification and escalation to the programme\ NBuild strong working relationships with own work stream team, programme resources and the client\ NStrategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas\ NPartner with Programme Management to ensure all aspects of Operating Model are tracked and risks mitigated and escalated where required\ NManagement of business readiness risk, ensuring effective definition, documentation, escalation and mitigation of risks pertaining to business readiness for key transformation activity\ NRepresent Operating Modelin required client forums ensuring that there is continued linkage between the client and business units\ N \n \nThe successful candidate will demonstrate the following:\ N \nExperience\ NStrong understanding of the financial services industry, including operating models, systems landscape, and end-to-end process and data flows.\ NProven experience supporting complex transformation initiatives across process, technology, and organisational change in global environments.\ NAbility to assess currentstate operations, identify gaps, and design scalable target operating models aligned to strategic objectives.\ N \nBusiness Analysis and Technical Capability\ NAdvanced analytical capability with a structured approach to problem solving, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.\ NStrong data analysis skills to support decision-making, quantify impacts, and validate outcomes.\ NSolid understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and integration concepts.\ N \nStakeholder Engagement and Communication\ NAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across programme teams, business units, and clients.\ NConfidence to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.\ NStrong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\ N \nRisk, Governance and Control\ NAbility to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate escalation.\ NStrong awareness of governance frameworks and regulatory considerations.\ NExperience supporting business readiness and risk mitigation planning.\ N \nDelivery and Value Focus\ NResults-oriented mindset focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.\ NAbility to define and track business benefits aligned to transformation objectives.\ NCapability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality.\ N \nPersonal Qualities\ NCollaborative, adaptable,and able to work across global teams and time zones.\ NResilient, disciplined, and proactive in identifying issues and solutions.\ NContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and optimisation.\ NProfessional, credible, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.Please send your application including a cover letter and a detailed CV to cv@blackridgegroup.com or contact us directly at +352 20 61 04 for further information.
