WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our team HR Services France Payroll and Personal Administration, we provide HR services to our BASF group companies based in France. We are looking for a (Senior) Payroll and HR administration Specialist with French (m/f/d) to support our Team.

From day one, you will be responsible, with your subteam, for your area of responsibilities in term of payroll and personal administration to ensure high quality services to our partners in France.

Your responsibilities will include:

* You own the monthly HR processes and implement, improve, and maintain administrative processes in SAP HR.
* You are responsible for the preparation, processing, auditing and reconciliation of payrolls assuring their accuracy, compliance and timeline.
* You coordinate post payroll and additional reports.
* Furthermore, you manage relationships with various stakeholders (social security, retirement provider, health insurance and provident fund) to receive information on time for processing into the payroll.
* You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services and regulations are met.
* You contribute in internal projects, focus on solutions to increase efficiency, and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.
* You are curious about latest technologies and tools and autonomously consult and bring ideas to our Payroll chapter.
* You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high quality standards.


WHAT YOU OFFER

1. You have at least a Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. You worked at least 2 years in Payroll for France and have fundamental knowledge in HR Administration.
3. You speak French fluently and have a good level of English.
4. You ideally bring experience with SAP HR.
