Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong communication channels with customers via email, phone or occasional on-site visits
* Monitor customer performance in terms of turnover, pricing, consumption and contracts fulfillment
* Support Sales & Operations Planning process with updated sales forecasts and inputs
* Ensure accurate quote-to-cash processes while maintaining high-quality customer service
* Coordinate creation of customer and material master data in ERP systems aligned with company standards
Profile Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required
* Fluent English speaker, with additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish or French
* Experience in customer-facing roles within multinational environments preferred
* Proactive, self-motivated and communicative individual with analytical skills
