Senior Digital ASIC Project Lead
Job Overview:
As a seasoned project manager in the field of digital ASIC design, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to manufacturing. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and maintenance engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee variants of large complex digital ASIC projects, fostering innovation and productivity within your team.
* Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget.
* Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans, closely monitoring progress to meet project objectives.
* Lead and manage a dynamic team of up to 8 engineers, promoting growth and professional development.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the field of digital ASIC design.
* Proven track record of success in project management, with expertise in cross-functional alignment, process management, and supply chain optimization.
* Experience in outsourcing and procurement processes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
* Fluency in English (German language skills are an asset).
