About the Role
As Sales Professional, you will drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within your assigned region.
* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
* Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
Your Profile
* Mastery of Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
