More than 25,000 employees, including over 2,000 medical experts, contribute daily to the Group’s worldwide success.To strengthen our Controlling team at the Group Head Office in Munich, we are looking for aJob Description:This role is responsible for the controlling of a portfolio of operating units/countries of the group and will support with the group’s reporting and planning processes.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze the performance of the operating units/countries; Proactive tracking of variances versus budget and forecastsIdentify and recommend measures to achieve performance improvements to country and group management with a regular follow-up on such measures and initiativesSupport the group’s management and external reporting cycle including the development of new reports and analyses and interaction with the external auditorsSupport the group-wide planning processes, such as forecasts, budget and multi-year-planningCollaboration with colleagues across multiple disciplines and building relationships to leverage information and insightsRegular and proactive communication on work progress, concerns, and questionsDirect interaction with senior leadership across the organization and being a credible sparring partner for the operating units/countriesQualifications:University Degree in Business Administration/Management or FinanceExperience within a controlling functionProficient in time management; ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesTeam player within the Controlling department and Finance department in generalAnalytical approach and curious mindsetAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats and present information appropriately based upon the target audienceFluency in English, both in speaking and writing.
