We are looking for an HR all-rounder with a strong focus on HR operations. Together with the HR Manager, you will not only ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly, but also contribute to projects related to employee engagement and development. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved in a broad range of HR responsibilities.
Maintaining and managing employee master data (Personio)
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., Communicating with managers, authorities, payroll providers, and service partners
Coordinating employee benefits and gifts
Preparing statistics and reports (Excel, Personio)
Providing conceptual and organizational support for employee events (in cooperation with Marketing)
Acting as deputy for the HR Manager during absences
Have initial experience in HR, for example through a commercial or HR-related apprenticeship
Are motivated to actively contribute within an international company based in Cologne
Are well-organized and ready to take a hands-on approach
Communicate fluently in both German and English
Are confident using Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
Ideally have basic knowledge of social security regulations and/or payroll processes; Generalist Approach: You will gain insight into the full range of HR topics
