Requirements You hold a degree in computer science, IT security, or a comparable qualification that enables you to navigate technical issues with confidence. Your several years of experience in IT security—ideally in the areas of network security, cloud security, and threat management—enables you to confidently solve complex challenges. You have in-depth knowledge of security architectures, firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies, and common security frameworks. In addition, you have practical experience with vulnerability management tools and penetration testing and apply them effectively. You are familiar with regulatory requirements such as KRITIS and NIS2 and know how to implement them in an operational environment. Your analytical thinking helps you quickly assess situations and make pragmatic decisions. At the same time, you enjoy making processes not only more secure but also more efficient.
