Circular IT Group is a European market leader in circular IT solutions. We help organizations securely, compliantly and sustainably manage their end-of-life IT hardware. To strengthen our growth in Germany, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who already knows the ITAD market and can independently build new business. What will you do? As Business Development Manager you will be our face in Germany. You know how to engage with C-level decision makers, build long-term relationships and bring complex sales cycles to a successful close. You use your network to win new clients and manage deals from the first conversation to signed contracts. You will work closely with our international teams, while having the freedom to identify opportunities and further shape the market locally. Who are you? You have 3–5 years of business development experience working with ITAD. You have a strong network among enterprise clients with 1,000+ seats. You are familiar with long sales cycles and complex negotiations. You are entrepreneurial, results-oriented and able to develop a market independently. What do we offer?
